The good news: No County/City Meetings til Sept, the bad news...that's next week

The next Memphis City Council meeting will be Sept 2 and the county meeting will be, I assume the following Monday after Labor day. As always, I will be on the lookout for drunken-sailor type spending projects that politicians love to create and any other red flag type policies our leaders just can't stay away from and the occasional people friendly policies that leaders sometimes get a hankering to pass like changing the start time from 1:30 to 3:00, not exactly where it needs to be but a step in the right direction... ...stay tuned
