WABC-TV broadcast an exclusive report Monday night about an attack in broad daylight on a 67 year old white man by a Black man who jumped him from behind and viciously beat him as the man crumpled on the sidewalk–while another Black man kept a lookout.
King described his attackers to WABC:

“King says that he believes the suspects are animals.

“”They’re animals. They’re not human – they’re not human at all,” he says.”

On this week’s episode of the official broadcast of the New Black Panthers Party’s “Black Power Radio,” the former national chairman of the New Black Panther Party and current national president of Black Lawyers for Justice,  Malik Zulu Shabazz said 2015 is the time to “build up that army” and go “to the gun range.”

That was the ominous message posted by someone purporting to be affiliated with the Islamic State who apparently hacked the app of New Mexico’s largest newspaper, the Albuquerque Journal, and threatened Albuquerque residents on Wednesday morning.

The posting was accompanied by the headline, “Christmas will never be merry any longer” and a dark photo of a figure wearing a black-and-white checkered head scarf. Text in the middle of the photo read “CyberCaliphate” and “I love you isis” [sic].

The post also stated, “While the us [sic] and its satellites are bombing the Islamic State, we broke into your home networks and personal devices and know everything about you.”

The hacker told Albuquerque residents, “You will look around more often, will call up your children more often, think of your security more often, but that won’t help you.”

Day #23 provides an interview by WMCAction5 with District Attorney John Champion. Unfortunately this interview highlights a dangerous aspect in the quest for Justice 4 Jessica.

From the outset we have held concern regarding the absence of a lead investigator for the murder of Jessica Chambers. Despite the claims of numerous agencies assisting: Panola County Sheriff, Mississippi Bureau of Investigation, ATF, US Marshals and FBI, we are also familiar with the issues which exist when cases are absent of a specific “lead investigator”.

In the interview Panola County DA, John Champion, states that he is the lead investigator.

Which finally provides a specific person of accountability as we ponder who assigns the day-to-day activity tasks. However, this also creates an issue where the District Attorney is both the lead investigator, and the criminal prosecutor of the case.

Tonight protesters are planning to disrupt family events in Boston.
City officials are begging them not to terrify the kids.

ABC News reported:

Activists planning a “Die In” demonstration at this city’s historic First Night festivities will be allowed to protest, but Boston public safety officials urged them not to disrupt the family event that draws hundreds of small children for New Year’s Eve.

“We’re going to accommodate the protesters if they choose to do so. But we will not let it disrupt the events,” Boston Police Commissioner William Evans said at a City Hall news conference today where he was flanked by officials, including Mayor Martin Walsh and Boston Fire Commissioner Joseph Finn.

“I can only appeal that if people are going to demonstrate, just realize there are a lot of young kids out there, a lot of families.

This year’s influenza season started earlier than expected and is sending more patients to the hospital, raising concerns this could be a more severe outbreak than in recent years.

NEW YORK CITY -- The NYPD is investigating several threats to kill NYPD officers during New Year’s Eve celebrations, DNAinfo New York has learned.

Sources say there are several gang members on social media calling for New Year’s Eve to be “Kill a Pig Night” so that it will become “The New Year’s Eve Massacre 2014.”
