It's a noun and it perfectly describes the exchange below between the White House press secretary Josh Earnest (sheesh, change the name because even that is poppycockery) and ABC news reporter Jon Karl (not exactly the FOX right-leaning network)...
White House press secretary Josh Earnest was repeatedly pressed Friday by ABC News reporter Jon Karl over the Obama administration’s claim that “core Al Qaeda has been decimated.”
“In light of this major military operation against a group that was planning an imminent attack on the United States, is it time to revise and extend what the White House has said over and over again by claiming that core Al Qaeda has been decimated?” Karl asked. “Is it clear now that was simply an incorrect statement.”
“No, it continues to be clear to this day that core Al Qaeda has been decimated,” Earnest answered.
(No Joshie boy, the only thing that is clear is that your name is diametrically opposed to the words true meaning and to the job you were hired to do, well not really but that's another story... and it's also abundantly clear the people we are going to WAR with are ALL AL QAEDA (call them anything you want Khorasan...an Al Qaeda group by any other name is still Al Qaeda)..so they haven't been decimated but then you knew that...didn't you Joshie boy?)
