"Matt Rion, the school system’s human capital management systems consultant"....do you think private schools and homeschooler's have a "school system’s human capital management systems consultant?"...Yeah, me neither, and in that lies the problem. Wonder what his job functions are and what his salary is and is his position critical to educating children. Public education is out of control and needs to be ended. If the private sector seems to educate so well, why not turn over the school system to the private sector and let parents have the money to decide where their child goes to school? Because this is not about educating kids is it? For profit schools seem to educate students really well, because if they don't, they don't make a profit....
