There was up to 20 people during lunch and Joe Carr was interviewed by the AP before lunch. This was a last minute event and Joe was headed to Union City at 3:00 so I wouldn't consider this a rally. Joe seemed upbeat and made note of the fact that exit polling shows he and Lamar are neck in neck so Thursdays turnout will be critical. Those of you thinking there is no way Joe can beat Lamar, well, stranger things have happened(recently I might add) and sometimes, politics will surprise you.
