While innocently gathering my mail today I came across this 8*11 Lamar is a Conservaaaaative brochure which knocked me out of my happy place...for a moment. I then begin to scan and analyze the brochures disinformation and realized what I was looking at is a good thing. Lamar is scared...and so are all of those who will fall off the gravy train if he loses. That's why this huge brochure telling me how conservaaaaaative Lamar is, was in my mailbox.
I was going to deconstruct what was written on the inside of it and then I thought better of it.
Me thinks he doth protest too much!
By the way, the American College of Radiology(who paid for this brochure) is headquartered in Reston, Va and has offices in Philadelphia, PA, and Washington D.C. Hmmmm, no offices in Tn so why are they trying to influence a race out of their state. What promises has Lamar Alexander made in order for them to send out some very nice looking brochures, they are not the cheap ones that you and I would be buying. I know nothing about the American College of Radiology but I RESENT them sending me a brochure with Lamar and Conservative written anywhere near each other.
He's is for Amnesty, was for the Auto bailouts, the bank bailouts, voted for the online sales tax, voted for the 1 TRILLION dollar food stamp bill, voted to increase the debt limit, he supported cap & trade type regulations, voted for cloture on gun control, you probably don't know that he voted for Eric I-approved-of the-forced-by-gunpoint-removal-of-Elian-Gonazales-to-send-him-back-to-the-communist-country-his-Mom-died-trying-to-flee Holder,etc...yeah but other than that and so much more he's conservaaaative.
I guess it also depends on what your definition of the word conservative is...
Oh lest I forget, he helped pass "Freedom to Fish" legislation...woohoo!!! Now let them eat my conservaaaatism...
And now for a palate refresher, I give you some flowers to compensate for the disingenuous Lamar brochure I posted. Win or lose, guys, the status quo is a changin...& they can't stop it...no matter how much they lie...
