Terry Holcomb Sr. went before commissioners court today and ended up getting arrested for doing nothing wrong.
How do you get arrested for not breaking the law?
Update Terry Holcomb Sr. I bonded out of Jail and was charged with disrupting a meeting.
The problem is that the Judge in this case had already adjourned the meeting and was engaged in a conversation with Mr. Holcomb not a public meeting as he had dismissed the meeting.
They violated the law by arresting Holcomb for having a 1 on 1 conversation with citizen (Fritz),
Fritz had dismissed the meeting and at that point the meeting was over. Anything being discussed was a public discussion.
