MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FOX13) - -Gunfire on the highway ends with three people in the hospital.
Memphis Police say two cars were traveling Eastbound on I-40 when someone in one of the vehicles opened fire.
They say the victims, ended up calling for help at a BP gas station on Covington Pike. One eyewitness says he was parked next to the station filling out paperwork.
Witness Dana Smith says, "All of a sudden I saw all the ambulances and police start to pull up."
Memphis Police went to the gas station, after someone called saying they had been shot.
