Some AT & T calls are dropping and others are hearing crosstalk in Shelby, Crockett, Dyer, Hardeman, and McNairy counties.
911 Emergency released an updated number for Memphis and Shelby County callers, if you need emergency assistance and you're having trouble getting through.
The new number is 901-543-6333 for emergency calls only.
