Republicans have been playing a game with their voters since the late 1990's and perhaps for decades before that.
In the age of Main Stream Media narrative control, Bob Dole was able to be the Republican nominee for president because it was "his" turn and because he would bow down to the globalist elite's best laid plans for one world government that George Bush Sr. 1st mentioned in one of his speeches.
After Bob Dole worked out so well it was John McCain's turn until George W. stole it from him. W was not the 1st choice of most of the GOP base but like we learned in 2016, the establishment has ways of undermining the will of their people through splitter strategies that worked swimmingly well...that is until 2016. Like good Republicans we swallowed a bitter pill and pulled the lever for the establishment....as we had been doing for decades.
Then came the election of 2008. The 1st election where America would go on to elect it's very 1st black president. The establishment chose once again the lamest of all candidates, John McCain, knowing he would lose to Barack Obama. Did McCain know this? Some think he did, I don't really know. All I do know is it was hard pulling that lever for him but, like a good Republican I once again swallowed the bitter establishment pill.
Then came 2012 when the Republicans were ripe with the biggest opportunity in history, to defeat the worst president in American History so they chose an elite East Coast Millionaire who would go on to lose the election bigly. I really think the GOPe thought they had this one in the bag. Once again like a good Republican I pulled the lever for the establishments puppet but millions in the GOP base did not.
I believe that election was the beginning of the end of the GOP as we know it. The Republican primary of 2016 had 17 candidates. This was a deliberate strategy to have Jeb Bush win without his base. Probably the dumbest strategy in history but, 20 years may have worked? Who knows but in the age of information and the internet which brings it to your fingertips the establishment had no idea what was about to hit them.
Money no longer buys elections. You can run negative ads 24/7 and it won't make a percentage point difference in the approval rating of the candidate the people are behind. Even if some of the negative stories are true because we have figured some things out.....
- It's a big club and we ain't in it....yet
- The politics of personal destruction are a tool used by both parties to keep out the outsiders who might bring change to D.C.'s gravy train
- Our elites hate us...it took a while for us to catch on but we get it now
- Pretending to do things in Congress is not greater than actually doing what you told us you would do....this means you Speaker Ryan and Mitch McConnell
- We have been red-pilled and there's no going back
Luther Strange was Alabama's Attorney General who was investigating the governor. Miraculously that investigation stopped once the governor appointed Strange to Jeff Sessions old seat. Quid Pro Quo. We get it and we don't like it. The GOPe ALWAYS appoints their puppet to vacant seats so they can have the power of the incumbency come election time. 99% of the time it guarantees a win but the GOPe doesn't realize the earth has shifted under their feet. Hopefully POTUS is learning not to trust those in his inner circle giving him advice.
Money no longer buys elections. MSM can no longer spin their narrative. Flawed people can win elections if they fight back and own the downside....be like Donald Trump.
Tuesday's election was a bell whether for next years elections. Revolution 2018 is going to be lit.
I for one can't wait!
P.S. It was a big club and we weren't in it....we have the opportunity to change that so....let's do this!
